The data is used solely to manage your booking: recording it, confirming it, contacting you in case of changes and welcoming you at the table. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures and of the contract to which you are a party (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Without this data the booking cannot be managed. Your data is not used to send you advertising and is not passed on to third parties for marketing purposes.
Name and phone number are kept for 730 days from your last visit; after that they are automatically anonymised. Aggregated data (number of covers, attendance) remains in the restaurant's counts without any reference to you.
The booking runs on the AIView360 platform of Now di Gazzotti Mattia (VAT no. IT03153161207, Bologna), appointed data processor under Art. 28 GDPR. The data is hosted on servers located in the European Union. If you use the AI assistant, the messages are processed by OpenAI with the safeguards of the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and the standard contractual clauses; they are not used to train models.
You can request access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and object to processing at any time, by writing to the controller's contact details given above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
